Woohoo!I haven't been this low since September 2010 when I did HCG. Yeah buddy! Next goal is 233 which is the lowest I got after having Monkey in 2007. After that is 215 which was pre-pregnancy 2006, then 200 which was standard high school. The lowest I've been since middle school was 180 for about a month when I was doing daily PT with the navy guys ;) that was crazy fun and waaay better motivation than anything I've ever done before or since. Lots of ultimate frisbee, basketball, and of course jogging. Hate jogging. At least the cadences were funny!

Last night I was taking the dog for a walk and spontaniously started to jog. Not sure what prompted that but it wasn't very hard and I made it almost 3 blocks before walking again... and I really didn't need to! I wasn't wearing the right clothes or shoes but mayhap its time to start being intentional about jogging. (I hate jogging.)

The dog is in heat so short walks are going to be her main exercise. Jogging will be just as short of a time but we'll get further so I think... its time... dun dun DUUUUN. (I mentioned I hate jogging right?)

omg, I hate jogging too, but mainly because my ankles suck and don't like it either. I try to stick to a machine to help me get to jog-speed. Great work on the new low!! Happy Weekend!!

Thanks guys! I bought the new Adele cd and its got some really strong beats I will be using. Not tonight since the kid wanted to walk to the park but tomorrow should be fun! ... fun... haha.

Keep up the good work! I'm not a fan of jogging either, but look forward to the day I spontaniously start to run again, just as you did. :-) A few years ago, when I was actively working out on a regular basis, and had a personal trainer, I found myself running, for the first time in 25 years; I was shocked that he'd motivated me to run, and more so that I was able to do it. I weigh, much, less now; so it's only a matter of time. :-)
