While my weight is down from last Monday, I am disappointed, because it is up 2.1 pounds from Friday morning. I had done so well last week, had worked off a lot of my bloat, was down 4 pounds!!!!! Then came Friday...
My SIL, myself and the kids left around lunchtime to meet the family in Arkansas for our husband's grandmother's funeral. The Family night was at 6 that evening with services on Saturday at 2pm. We wanted to let the kids at least get in half of day at school so not counted absent. Our husbands left that morning to be with their dad and ride with him to Arkansas.
We had a 5 hour drive one way. I munch way to much on road trips, especially long ones. Then eating out as we did, didn't help either. My goal by next Monday is to be back in the 160s as I was on Friday and then to keep going down. I would love to be in the 150s by Easter, which would put me back to my lowest point last summer....then, complete the journey this time before 2011!!!!
