Well I was disappointed with no weight loss from yesterday so after lunch that day I decided that unless I got very hungry I would not eat for the rest of the day. I did get a little hungry, but not much. I didnt eat anything after 3:00pm and this morning 2 more pounds were gone. I am not hungry? I never thought it would be this easy. I do worry that my body isn't getting all the nutrients it needs so I am going to get a multi-vitamin this weekend. I am so sick of grilled chicken!!!! I splurged at the grocery store last night and bought rib eye steak. Yummy. Good Luck everyone!

I worry about the nutrients thing as well some times. My reccomendation would be to add more veggies - even with their carbs, they're still good for you!

I just looked up info. on vitamins. I'm going to get the Carb Smart multi-vitamin. It has no carbs...and give you all the nutrients you need. don't stop eating, amanda.....that will make it harder on you. You'll run out of energy and also be more tempted to "cheat". Good Luck on the weight loss. :)

If I want a snack in the afternoon I sometimes eat some pepperoni.
