THE TRUTH HURTS...a month of laziness, wedding showers, weddings, birthdays, family reunions and finally Thanksgiving feasting. I have been justifying all over the place about eating high carb food...telling myself that I could get away with it "just this once". I am all out of excuses now. I got on the scale and it read +8 lbs. I better get serious now and nip this gaining in the bud. So today, I have started my day out with pure intent to treat myself better and stay away from the high carbs/bread/hot sweet drinks etc. I know that I put myself up a creek w/o paddle and I will have to work hard to get back into ketosis. Here I go AGAIN.

I also found out that I had not logged my food or weight since 10/30/2011....that is 25 days of reality checking that I should have done. I probably could have caught myself sooner. FS really does help...I just can''t figure out why I didn't use it for that long.

I'm in the same boat with you, letting a few pounds sneak up on me because I got lax about calorie counting and portion control. I'd hate to think how bad I'd get if I didn't check in to FS at all! We can do this, BF!
