It took me 2 months to lose this 19 lbs...I was hoping for 20...but it will come off in the long haul. Stopped at IKEA yesterday to buy some LAX NAJAD Smoked Salmon. Love it rolled up with english cucumber, dill and cream cheese. Plus, you can keep it in the freeezer until needed!

Nice drop, I ate Salmon yesterday. Smoked Salmon sounds good though vs mine in the can.
