Diet: Keto and Intermittent Fasting
Macronutrient Goals:
1200 calories
100 grams protein = 400 calories = 30%
15 grams carbs = 60 calories = 5%
87 grams fat = 780 calories = 65%
+/- 10% on the calories otherwise I get too focused on being perfect.
I am a binge eater so my main goal is to stay on program.
