I am going to busting my chops this week. I want to be down 4 pounds by next monday! Praying that my keytosis stage kicks in big time.

I took a look at your menu yesterday cuz you want to loose the weight so fast. You aren't going to be able to loose the weight eating like you are. Here are the things I noticed by looking at the 1 day. No oatmeal No yogurt No tortilla No crackers No powdered creamer (use whole cream) Limited to 3 servings of artificial sweetener. Definitely advise you to go to this site and do the lesson on Induction. http://community.atkins.com/all_content.jsp

Or course, my comments above are under the assumption that you are in Induction. If not, ignore, but also of concern is how low your calories are. If I go below 1300 I don't loose. They recommend that women get between 1500 and 1800 to loose on Atkins.

Hi Denisera thank you for the tip! I am doing a combination of low cal and low carb. When I first signed up for atkins I was not doing low cal. So I switched my diet a little and FS will not let you change your diet unless you start over. I want to see my progress from start to finish. By the way, when I originally started I was 295 pounds and I am now 233 pounds...that was with some cheating. My plan now is Health for life not just some quick fix. I want to keep the weight off and be healthy! Thanks again for the information and the tip. Have a great day! :D
