Hello friends! It has been awhile since I have written a journal, but I am back. I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas.

I want to say that there is no excuse for my drastic weight gain, but this holiday season has been bittersweet. I am depressed right now, but hopefully I will get back on the weight loss track tomorrow.

Greetings, Buddy! Twelve pounds is not a drastic weight gain...you have lost 100 pounds - I am sure you will re-commit yourself in the New year and do great!

Depression is a terrible foe. I'm hoping you feel better soon. I'm sure you can get back on track. You'll do great.

Nothing drastic about your weight gain. Weight loss is not linear. Have a nice day :-)

I understand the depression. It's worse at this time of year. You know the routine and I have no doubt you'll lose the added weight.

Turn that frown upside down. I refuse to let you stay depressed. You are here and we love you for coming back. You have the support and motivation of all of us here at FAT SECRET we are all in the same boat. No need to cry. Just start saying to yourself "I CAN, I CAN, I CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE EVERYDAY". I step in the right direction will take me through the hardest part of the journey. You have 25 lbs to go. 4 days before the start of a another year. Don't you dare start of another year in the plus weight cycle. We want to be down in 2016. Down with weight, down with depression, down with feeling sad, mad, bad or rejected. 2016 is all about you, nobody else but you. Say good bye to the drama.
