Hello 140's! Can't believe I finally made it! 4.6 lbs to go till I reach my goal...I was hoping to be there by the start of october but if I dont, by the end of october will work. Would like to be in maintenance by the holidays.:) Cant believe Im really this close. I feel really motivated now although the whole maintenance thing is kind of overwhelming to think about. Losing has never been a problem with me keeping it off has been. But Im determined to do it this time!

Be sure to systematically keep adding in carbs SLOWLY and in the OWL Ladder set up until you find your 'maintenance level.' Don't just assume that you can BANG one day add in 10-20g's at one time and call it maintenance. Take your time, you won't regret it. SO EXCITED for you!!!! Way to go!!!
