Alot of ups and downs on the scale last 2 or 3 weeks. Very surprised I showed a loss. Too much stress! Really want to get my goal of 145 this month. So close! But more hospital time coming up. I hate killing time in hospitals! But family needs me there. And my second grandchild is coming on Nov 17th if not before:D So would really like to be at my goal before all this happens.

okay.... getting back to tracking and yes excercising :D I really need to get to my goal weight by winter. I always find it harder to lose weight during the winter months. I think might also go 5 lbs more to have some room for the holidays :)

No time for recording food. Spending all my time with mom or grandson in hospital. So surprised I havent gained... Have just been eating like I have learned since starting atkins but really thought without journaling and knowing exact amounts the scale would have creeped up. At least I know how to stay on track without gaining. Both mom and grandson back home tomorrow:D Try to start tracking food again then. I do have 3 more lbs to go!
