this week i've been eating waaaay to much, but next week i'm going back to my normal eating habits. but i'm not going to keep track of them here anymore. i've lost enough weight. i'm just going to use the weight history to see if I shoulkd gain to much weight, that I have to lessen on the sweeteners and portions of meals.
