Wanted to get up and workout at 5:30 this morning. That definitely did not happen. Its okay though, because there is plenty of time to work out after work. Maybe someday I'll be an early morning worker outer.

LOL. I keep thinking, "ya, I should get up for the 6:00 am workout". It's been 6 months...I think there'a a very good reason they have morning classes AND evening classes. There really are two types of people. I'm not sure why the morning people should be any more virtuous than the ones that workout AFTER a hard day of work, do you?
