Thanks Ibiza122- I really am so proud of myself :) LCFF that's not being pessimistic at all! I always take reality into consideration and you are right. I'm happy to have plenty of options to fine tune and tweak to keep that momentum going. Making my fast days a low carb day is the one tweak I just started. Later on I can start doing same to the non-fast days :)

you dont need to worry too much now though...once you hit roughly 17% BF thats when it starts to get really tough and slow

btw LCFF...i was wondering right my BMR is about 1900cals.....im eating low carb and i am in ketosis at the moment but its really difficult to eat anything more than 1300-1500 a day which is well below my bmr because im always feeling full...you think eating between 60-80% of my bmr is a health hazard?

Ibiza I wouldn't worry about it all. Being in keto one cant really eat that much because the appetite is so blunted, and the protein and fat is so satiating. Looking at your log for today your macro's look pretty damn close to perfect. If you want to bump up your calories slightly just increase your fats ever so slightly, which will also provide energy, especially on these cold in the Cape winter days :)
