I am soooooo psyched about stumbling across this site. Weight loss can be a very lonely, frustrating journey, and now I am part of a group of like minded people on a identical journey, parallel to mine. When I had my gall bladder removed a few months ago, the doctor told me that I had Fatty Liver disease, and had to start loosing weight immediately.I have already lost 15kg prior to joining this site, and have another 22kg to go. Reading everyone's posts, whether negative or positive, is so inspiring to me and helps to keep me focused on the goal.The food and excercise journal keeps me mindful of my actions at all times. I absolutely love this site :)
