Since July my diet has been all over the place. I have been on a metaphorical roller coaster so to speak. I have moved from NJ to FL and started working from home which was a huge change for me. I have gone from following my "plant based diet" perfectly to a little here and there to not at all, back to a little, and it has proven very hard to get back on track. My body doesn't seem to know what to do with it all. Just last week I was down to 163 (lowest I have been in forever!) and yet, here I am at 168! I have been working out 5 days a week doing anywhere from a 3-5 mile workouts with various strength training scattered in between. I know I am doing all the right things with the workout, and I know this diet works. I just need to get back to the diet 100%. Wish me luck!

Good luck, congrats on the move and way to go on the exercise!! I work from home, too, and it's an adjustment as far as eating habits, etc. But I 'flipped a switch' after more than 5 years of 'bad' habits so I know you can 'recover' from your slight backslide and get back on track! (That's a LOT of stressful changes to deal with, so you just need to 'settle in.')
