Happy Friday...Gave up almonds and cheese this week till yesterday,when I was up 3 lbs.Todays weight-in put me the same as last week.It seems that if I don't eat almonds I gain.If I eat them I lose a little.My body must need the x-tra fats or something.All I know for sure is I feel better on this WOE even if I do lose so slowly.
