Joy and disappointment this morning as I weigh in. But, I know my mistakes and I dare not make them again. I will still celebrate as I have released 2 pounds to the universe, not lost mind you. Given up, never to be found again. I will remain victorious.

Two down is two never to be found. I understand the disappointment BB; just look at the positive & don't let it derail you. Keep the climb strong on the inside & the stuff on the outside will be banished. Believe it. Make it happen. You can do this.

Two pounds is great...think two pounds of butter - that is eight sticks! Awesome...slow losses stay off of us. I believe.

GOOD loss...just remember...2 lbs. Per week is considered RAPID loss by most in the nutrition and bariatric field. You sometime Are doing GREAT...Keep up the good work!!!!!

Listen to all the joy your two pounds has put in these voices BB. Your fellow climbers, your friends, are happy for you. You're doing it girl. Stay on the path!!! You called them mistakes. We learn from mistakes. We become experienced by learning to not repeat our mistakes. You got this BB. PS - Love your perspective on "losing" weight; because we don't want to find it again. I really like the term released better than losing. I'm going to borrow that from you if it's OK?

Two pounds a week is awesome! I love your positive statement. Keep it up! Please work out with some small weights which will keep up your muscle tone, prevent sagging, burn calories, etc plus the workout, no matter how small, will make you feel better. Again, you are doing great!
