Stress

Yikes! It has been a long, busy, and difficult week. There has been many moments this week where I have wanted to eat and eat until I was full and then eat some more. I wanted to hide in my house all day and cry. Insecurity and self-doubt are at work again. But I pushed through those feelings and I feel stronger than before. I kept exercising and stuck to my weight loss goal. It has definitely helped me to keep moving even when I am stressed. TGIF!
