I think I need to add more water to more diet and definitely a salad or two. I see my mistakes this week. Taking care of that today!

i hardly trust myself with a whole jar in the house...instead i buy the small 1.5 oz cups and keep those in my desk at work in case i don't have time to stop for lunch. luckily, i eat LCHF so i can easily work peanut butter into my diet...in moderation!

More water is always good. I'm doing 7 bottles a day right now. Between the warmer weather and my exercise I'm always thirsty.

Hey Intlgirl... I was told to drink half my weight in water oz daily and it works for me might want to give that a shot...measure your body more than weigh it also helps scales can pick up everything we eat due to sodium content etc and show up as a gain and they do lie. i have an exercise app on my phone that i can set to give me reminders to get up from my desk and move every 30 minutes (you can set it in 30-min increments) and i use that to remind me to go to the breakroom and get a cup of tea or water. so i accomplish a little walking and a drink at the same time!
