Nice attitude. One/two pounds is not a worry. I don't think the scales always register right, anyway--LOL. You are going to do it. Some days we gain a pound, other's we lose two. It's hard not to get discouraged, but with your attitude, wow--I know you will do it. You are so positive!

Yeah, as mentioned, it's likely water weight and so is nothing. Could be that you over did the sodium/salt before the weigh in. Weight goes up and a lot. Could also be waste, so don't neglect fiber, both soluable and insoluable.
