Hey all, another week and another pound or so. I had a bad weekend (food-wise) because we had a big family get together. Ugh. I felt terrible after that. I also had hurt my back so my primary aerobic exercise of running has been put on hold a bit. I have kept it short, to a mile or so, and it's been ok. Diet is key, then, until I get things back in order. Enjoy!
