I figured my weight would actually increase, but glad it stayed the same. I was at a conference the last part of last week. Although I had the ability to exercise, I didn't take the time. I instead chose to spend time with my oldest and his family. It's also a little difficult to log food from local restaurants and you don't really know their recipes, but guess I could have just logged something similar. But then again, one of my dishes was blackened shrimp, with parmesan polenta. Much to my surprise when it arrived, there was a delicious creamy sauce and some kind of slaw mix on top. Anyway.. attempting to get back on track here. The definition of insanity has been in play over the past few weeks. I have actually downloaded recipes that I plan on using. My fridge is full of fresh fruits and veggies; as well as a few different kinds of fish as opposed to steaks, potatoes and plenty of pasta. Going to some of high fiber foods as well, like steel cut oats and muesli.
