Down another teeny weeny bit! This is so slow but at least its down. I keep thinking that one day I will stand on the scales and see a big drop. Well can hope can't I? I think its probably because I'm not getting any exercise at the moment. I just can't summon up the enthusiasm for anything. I'm going down to my daughters on Friday to dog sit and haven't packed a thing yet! I don't think the weather is helping either - we've had nothing but rain, rain and more rain, Oh and wind too and this is supposed to be summer.
Widowhood is proving to be more of a challenge than I imagined or perhaps its advancing years! I can't seem to remember anything for more than 2 seconds. I decided on Salmon and asparagus for tea yesterday, went shopping and came back without the salmon!
