Dropped my RDI another 100 points...clearly my metabolism is slowing at a faster rate than my weight is coming off. :-( Frustrating.

Working on increasing the exercise. Finally found shoes that don't hurt my feet when I walk, so that's a good thing. Have lowered my calorie intake by 200 per day. Hopefully this will help.

Snezica is right, I know myself I have been lacking exercise, That's why I am starting to go the gym. I know you have a foot problem, but swimming is good exercise. All diets require tweeking along the way- Don't get frustrated.

Your doing fine. A loss is a loss. It will start coming off faster again. It seems a lot of us are struggling with the scale right now with slow results. Might be the time of year slowing our metabolism down.
