I'm back... after a long and unsuccessful hiatus. New job is much more sedentary than any job before and the hours are longer so I wasn't exercising either. The weight I lost... came back. :(

Coffee is banished, once again.

The stairs at work are now my weekday (paid) exercise program. (8x a day)

Whole foods only.

Period!

The weight can go away.... and never come back again.
103.4 公斤 最近减少: 5.0 公斤.    还有: 24.0 公斤.    饮食准则: 低.
一星期增加0.3 公斤

Thank you jmb3450. It's humbling posting as I did. Not proud of the last year but that is my motivation at the same time. I'll get back to where I was before and I'll be more successful and determined to do it. I appreciate your 'atta girl'.
