The way I look at it, I already lost 30 lbs, so the last 30 lbs can be lost, too! :)

yes you can! your weight loss looks so steady on the chart. it doesn't look like you've even had any plateaus. wonderful!

My weight chart looks good with its downward trend, but January was exhausting. I started the New Year at 195 pounds and on January 31 my weight was only 194. It was a grueling up and down losing and gaining thirty days! Things have been a whole lot better since then! I am very hopeful of reaching my goal weight!

Yup. It'll take a little longer than the first 30 because your body is adjusting. If it takes a year.. that's a year better than adding 30. Progress.
