Lost my way recently. Was slowly gaining weight despite trying to stay true to diet plan. Was up to 548 on march 24th. Decided to change eating habits mainly stricter portion control.
Tue march 29th began morning walks on local walking path and a cup of joe at the completion. My brother is basically my trainer and pushes me further each day. (2+ miles) Also switched to 1 sandwich for lunch instead of 2 and a smart ones dinner for dinner with an added vegetable each night.
