Absolutely right, FD. There is never a reason to be hungry on Atkins! And make sure that you are getting plenty of calories....1500-1800 a day!

I am eating all the time but cant get the calories in. Any suggestions would be great. today i just didnt eat a big breakfast so tomorrow a big one. the only problem with breakfast is I hate breakfast,,suggest please
