I do weigh almost everyday, but I typically don't post it unless it's a loss or my official weigh in day. I just like seeing that line graph going down! But today I was shocked when I stepped on the scale and saw I have officially hit the 20 pound loss mark! woohoo
Somehow I only managed to eat a bit over 1200 calories yesterday, and that included a beer. Plus I exercised. I try to keep it around 1500, but I didn't ever feel hungry. I did drink a butt ton of water. Overall it was just a weird day.
I can't figure out where I am losing my weight, my measurements don't seem to have changed that much. My cross ring that I've worn almost daily since I was 16 is now too big on my ring finger! So it's time to move it to the other hand middle finger...that's the one I wore it on when I was 16. So I guess I lost 20 pounds in my fingers haha. I am still wearing my size 14 jeans, they are a few inches too big in the waist and butt, but they fit my thighs, that's frustrating.
