OK, time to get back into gear.
I started Advocare's 24 Day Challenge on 4/5/13. My goal weight for the end of challenge is 185, my long term goal is 145.
Previously I lost from 198 to 160, by eating healthier and exercising...and then i returned to potato chips and fried fast food and all things ooey gooey and delicious. As much as I love food, I really did feel better when I was on track; mentally, physically, and just in general felt better about myself and more in control.
I shelled out the bucks for the Advocare program as a motivator to stick with it, and hopefully jump-start my weight loss and healthy living.
