So, here I am again. I have one more exam today, but at least I'm back on the diet/exercise plan again. It was a crazy couple of weeks, so my weight loss stalled for a bit. I still hope to make my goal in a couple of weeks, though. One thing I am finding interesting is that losing weight sure makes you aware of how much overweight you were. I always thought I would only have to lose a bit and I'd be all set. Here I am over 20 lbs lighter and I can't believe I still don't look as good as I feel. I am excited for the next 20 because if I feel this good now I can't imagine how it's going to be when I reach my goal! Good luck and good weekend all! Mark
