A bit of a setback weight-wise. However, I've dropped my assistance weight for pull-ups from 48 lb to 42!!! I'm getting stronger. I can see more definition to my arms. I'm confident that I'll be happy with my measurements when I take them on April 2. Hopefully, I'll drop some more weight, but if I'm still getting smaller (and stronger!), I'm happy!!
