Not gonna lie about my weight. Feeling sluggish. lol

You can do this. You've been my best supporter and I know we can do this together, even though I'm going to be on the road, know that I support you and this plateau too will pass.

If you are tired from activity, then some rest is in order. If you are tired from inactivity, some very light exercise would make you more energetic :)
