Friday has arrived once again!! I'm not seeing much action on my friend Frank. Seems like "under 200" might take a tad longer than I anticipated. Then again, tomorrow when I step on Frank I could get a big surprise!! My hubby has to work nights next week so I think we are going to go out for dinner to celebrate my birthday on Saturday. Can you believe I actually didn't want to go ... mostly because I'm so obsessed with weighing "under 200" by my birthday!! It is ONE meal ... not an all day/all night binge!!! LOL!!! I am truly twisted. Over all though I feel great ... I am simply continuing to work on my automatic thoughts, reframe those self-destructive ones, breathe in and out, and enjoy the sides of the mountain!!! Have a good one everyone!!

I decided to use ye olde calculator and measure my overall progress since I started this journey in earnest. My highest ever "recorded" weight was 277 lbs. So that means ... as of today ... I 've lost a total of 76.4 lbs!! Yes, it has been over a period of 5 years. Yes, I have gained and lost many of the same pounds. But, nevertheless, I've still done it!

76.4 pounds is amazing! Keep up your hard work. I hope you see under your 200 mark soon too. That number 200 has been haunting me forever, it seems too. I am JUST below, I did once before but ran my weight back up really quick... then, now under but it took a long time, and it is super hard for me to lose anymore. Plus, look at your chart, you are doing sooooo good. And, you are only .7 away from being under! I am sure you will have a bigger loss though. Good luck.

You have lost so much weight, you have to be so proud of you and you only have 25.6 left to go. I also am looking at your weight chart, down, down, down just the way you want it to go. Keep up the good work and do not let Frank influence you. ((hugs))
