Terrible terrible terrible ..... I know, thats what happens when I stop logging on. I don't exercise and I eat really crappy....I ate well yesterday and today I did good so far. of course its not even lunch yet so....we'll see. Nice to read up on all u gals again and hope u keep on doing well*

Welcome back! I am with you on the not logging and doing good...I do so much better when I have something to hold myself accountable! You will get back down in no time I know it! Our snow is melting and it is starting to get warmer, but it is funny..when it is cold out I seem to do much better, maybe it is due to having to keep warm. LOL! Keep your chin up, I know you can do this!
