Cheated Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday.
Only lost a pound this week. I'm actually surprised I didn't gain any.
Back on track as of Monday. I think I can do the occasional treat as long as its only occasional. A 4 day blowout was not good but if I treat myself once a week or when I really really want something I think that is probably a good thing.
