I'm excited about the scale saying 220! The last time I was 220 was late October 2008! Hooray me!
I think it's all the little things that are adding up and paying off. I go to bed around the same time, get up around the same time. I'm tracking everything I eat. Even if I don't record it here, it's being recorded in my journal. (Sometimes recording things here in FatSecret is a bit annoying because you can't find the EXACT item you want in the food database...) I've stopped eating after 8pm, and that was a huge stumbling block for me.
I'm so ready to lose more!
