I suspected that soon I would see a fluctuation upwards on my friend fickle Frank and indeed this morning I "gained" a pound. I ate extra chicken yesterday, more than I would typically. It was good. I was very full. Fuller than I have felt for quite some time. Still my calories were certainly not outrageous. I know, from watching my chart, that this is what my body does. It loses, travels downward, then I have a fluctuation for a while, then it drops again. So, I am going to try NOT freaking out this time and just stay focused. I'm also tired for a Tuesday. My joints are achy all over. I hope I'm not coming down with something. It is snaining here ... that is an official rain/snow combination. Very cloudy, wet, a tad on the gloomy side. Fortunately I have a busy day at work so before I know if I'll be headed home again. Wow ... maybe more coffee!!!!

COFFEEE GOOODD!! Sorry I know some folks have a thing about the caffeine but my wife and I have coffee every morning together and it is perhaps the best 15 min of the day. Stay busy and focused and no FREAKING OUT and the pound will work itself right back off. Best

Well at least I know I am in EXCELLENT company!! Cool. The one thing I absolutely will not give up is my coffee ... I drink it black so no worries about sweeteners or creamers and it is a wonderful comfort drink for me!! I know many "diets" say coffee or more specifically caffeine is a "no-no" but oh well ... must be naughty, I'm so good otherwise ... tee hee!!

The joints could be a cold of course, especially with the weather you are describing. Don't even hint about freaking out with the track record you have, as you have said: "this is what my body does." Mine too. :-) Keep up the excellent work!

I'm actually surprisingly calm about the up swing ... maybe I am finally "getting it"!!! I'll see what tomorrow brings. Right now it is MOVIE TIME with the family ... night all!!
