Yesterday was good. I ate well, worked out, and this morning the scales were down. I normally don't weigh daily but wanted to see if the bloat is starting to go away and it is.
I got up this am and did my BL Wii program. I have something not set right, we are new to the whole Wii thing. It didn't have a workout set up for today. Will mess with this weekend and try to figure it all out better. Tomorrow and Friday morning is 30 Day Shred. I am planning to Zumba on the weekends. I borrow my mother-in-laws set.
I want to mix up the workout a bit throughout the week. I am enjoying the BL Wii but I think the Shred and Zumba will be my biggest help with the weight loss until I am better able to figure out the Wii.
