Overall I think I did pretty good yesterday. I got a ton of exercise in but went over on my calories, but not horribly. I am sore, sore, sore today though! I really need to up my water intake. Today is going to be a semi-lazy day today. I will exercise, but not much extra today. Just sitting around and recuperating.

Pace yourself girl!! I believe you may have told me some fluctuation in calorie intake could be positive? You'll feel better and better as you keep moving your body. Take care of yourself!

Oh the only reason I got extra exercise in yesterday was because I HAD to mow the yard (which is ginormous so it takes an hour to do and is exhausting) and I decided to do my normal work out as well. So yea, definitely not an every day thing. LOL. Yes, I did take in a few extra calories yesterday because I didn't want to feel starving after the extra exercise. Today will be a very light workout with probably a few extra calories since it feels like my body needs it, then tomorrow I should feel much better again.

Tee hee!!! I got extra exercise bringing in wood to the house when my husband was recuperating from his surgery!! Not that I "wanted" to but I do like to be warm and since we only heat with wood it was sort of a necessity!! I bet your lawn looks good!!

It does! And I am glad I did it too cause it grows like mad and it rained today. If I let it go more than a week, then I have to cut it down with the weed whacker before the mower can handle it. That is how fast it grows! Tomorrow I start that Jillian thing so I am glad I took an easy day today. All I did was about 30 min of pilates which really didn't feel nearly as satisfying as yesterday's workout, but it is a workout none-the-less and I have to let my muscles recupe a little before I start torturing them again tomorrow. :P

you're right, you have to let your muscles rest. Thats how they get nice and strong and make your metabolism faster! the Jillian Michaels work out should be fun! I wanted to try that but i have already invested too much money in leslie sansone and turbo jam haha they're good though have a great day! :]
