Good morning! I hope all that celebrate it had a very merry Christmas!!! We got a boatload of snow last night but unfortunately it wasn't enough to close work. That has only happened 2x since I've worked here... and both were last year.

I haven't lost any weight. In fact, I've gained about a half a pound. But this is a new week and my focus is on higher protein, lower carbs. Hopefully that will help me get the scale going in the right direction. :)

Hi Chris..too bad work wasn't closed and you could have stayed home. lol Our office is closed today for Christmas because it was on the weekend and tomorrow for Boxing Day because it was on the weekend. I know I haven't lost any weight either. I am almost positive I have gained. Time will tell.

I'm with you about the higher protein and lower carbs... it is too easy to grab something quick while I am at home...too many options.. when at work, I can only eat what I bring and I try to keep it healthy... I think now that most of the festivities are done, we can all get back to a healthier plan... I think you have more snow than we do now.. lol....
