Survived Induction Day 1:
Got a bad headache from the beginning of sugar withdrawal.
Slept really good.
Totally enjoyed my tuna salads.
Was a bit rough trying to get 96oz of h20 down.
No exercise yet...taking it easy the first week.
On my way to store for Keto-Stix, organic free range eggs, ovco, baby greens, fish, broth.
With God's help...today will go as good as yesterday.

You need to increase your net carbs intake to at least 20 carbs...12-15 has to come from vegetables...you also need to eat 3 full meals and 2 snacks...good luck

Thanks minou8797...will do ...right now just trying to jumpstart ketosis for the first 3 days!

Don't worry about ketosis stripes as NANY doesn't even mention them. I have never been in full ketosis (sticks were always the palest of pale) and have lost weight. Total waste of money for this purpose. I did buy them early on - a waste.

Hi Joehi! Yeah, those KETO-STIX are expensive! I still have some other cheaper/off brand that I will finish up. I'm not going to test until 4th day. Then it is usually middle of the road depending on what the H2O intake is! ONE day&night at a time!
