Yup.. 279. It's like I keep gaining and losing the same weight.. And I KNOW why.. I've slacked SOO much on this phase 2, and I'm letting my sugary bready cravings take hold of my life again. lol, and well, that Taco Salad from Taco Bell didn't help either.

And keeping food from myself isn't going to help either. I just feel so guilty. I need to start Phase 1 again, and I think tomorrow is the day to do it. I need to come up with a game plan.. I did pretty well when I followed the book's menu for phase 1 to a "T".. so maybe if I do that, but vary it a little, and not worry about calories as I have been in the past.. AND amp up my exercise. I know the way I feel is because of the stupid refined carbs and lack of more exercise.

I've got to get a physical here soon for the program I'm in at Wallace, and well, I'm not looking forward to it, but maybe this can be my motivation for right now.

if your cravings are back...you should go back to phase 1...it is important that you control the cravings...good luck
