Yesterday went well with the videographers here. We have a wonderful team of professionals and I think all are shining!! I'll be interviewed today and my part will be done.

Weight is down a little again today. Yesterday was 185 and today 184.4. I'm pleased with the decline. I realize it is going to slow soon. The challenge will be to remain on track over the weekend. It helps that we have no plans to go out this weekend. Still, I need to maintain my focus. Next week at this time perhaps I'll be even closer to 180. Then I can push down below. Exciting!!

I had a phone call yesterday asking if I would facilitate a reflective supervision group for the northern part of our state as a part of the training I've been participating in. Of course I said yes. I also have an opportunity to participate in a training session with the facilitator of our training series in November. He'll be presenting a one day workshop, an introduction to Reflective Supervision and he would like someone from our training group to present a case as a part of his training. They asked if I might be interested. Hmmm ... let's see ... an opportunity to link my name to a leader in the field and spend all day with him??? Let me think some more ... YES!!! LOL!!! Someday I hope to build a consultation practice in this area and so I am thrilled with the opportunities!! Finally, I am beginning to feel like I might really know something of value that I can market. It feels good.

And so ... Thursday is here with the end of the week close at hand and also payday. Always a positive day!! I continue my practice of focusing on things I am grateful for ... so today ...

1. having a dear friend to share my work related excitement with last night when I finally arrived home.

2. opportunties and thinking about what I could build for the future.

3. daily walks with my dog.

4. being back on track and seeing quick results!

5. colleagues who are kind and complimentary to me and put up with my quirks!!

Sometime ago I talked about an article I read that I found helpful. I finally scanned it and so am posting it here for those of you who might like to peruse it. Okay I can't do it. So ... I'll see send it to those who expressed an interest whose email I have or try to see if I can attach it to a PM. It is a pdf file ... argh!!! Computers!! LOL!!

Anyway ... time to rock and roll and get this party started!! Kindness shall reign ... in my heart towards myself and hopefully towards others as well. Be good to yourselves ... whether today is upbeat or a downer ... this moment will pass and pass with less drama if you are kind to yourself. No sense in beating ourselves up ... it just isn't productive!!! Take care!!

Congrat's on work excitement!!! It's refreshing to hear about someone HAPPY with their career.....and so optimistic!!! I hope it all works out as you plan!!! :) And the weight?!?! Awesome!!! Any decline is ALWAYS a good day. My daughter could total my car, my house flood, my bank account over draft......and I LOSE an OUNCE.....oh it's a GOOD DAY!!!!! Lol Jk Happy for YOUR happiness!!! :)

No more doldrums here! Friday must be approaching ;) Congrats on your work success! I had some of my own today with an audience in front of some very big spenders (multi million dollar cases!!!) Friday's paycheck is here, the camera thing is over, you'll be off work very soon... isnt it great? lol I sincerely hope you'll be where you want to be weightwise next week and then think about this 175 goal. I need to thank you for the links you posted 2 weeks ago, I gave them a try and it seems it was a really good idea. Thank you Carol!
