I thought having the sugar free pudding and candy would bring me out of ketosis but it didnt. I am still dark pink - moderate. This may sound silly, but I hate it when someone calls me "big-boned". I think I have a medium sized frame. I know I am not small framed, but I don't think I am "big-boned". Maybe I am - I know I will never wear a size 5. A 7 looks anorexic on me. I look great in a size 8-10. My dad is 6'7" and very big boned. I probably am a little bit big boned and just don't want to admit it. It's just when someone says "big-boned" I think "big, ogre, unattractive bearded lady!!!" I want to be feminine and dainty. Oh well....

I know just what you mean. But i know that under my excess weight i am probably medium boned. Both my parents are naturally small/medium boned, so it figures that i probably am as well. I think i will get some of those ketone sticks so i can keep an eye on my ketosis. I'm guessing the chemists will sell them? I think people think they are being nice when they say "oh, you must be big boned", they're probably trying to be helpful. Oh well, we'll show them our feminine and dainty side soon enough! : )

I am the same way you are. If I got down to a size 7, I look anorexic. A size 9/10 looks really great on me, therefore I have always felt I was big boned. I hate it too. I remember when I got married. I was a size 8/9 and had to purchase a size 14 wedding dress jsut to fit my rib cage! I could do the twist in my dress and my waist didnt touch! LOL I have huge shoulders and ribs. Sometimes I call myself "SHE HULK" Ha-Ha. So I know where you are comming from. Hang in there sweetie. Big boned women can be very sexy too! :)

The candy issue, you can eat a few pieces of sugar free candy and still stay in ketosis, it is when you eat an excessive amount that you will be thrown out of ketosis. Keep up the good work!!!
