I am not weighing myself today. I ate badly because we are consuming what is left at home and supermarkets are closed now. I will get back to my normal routine once all this Hurricane sandy business is fixed up which should be by the weekend. As such, I ate crappy yesterday and will probably do so today BUT I will be back to my normal routine as soon as possible. I am just happy everyone I know is safe and sound.

Hope all is well in everyone else's neck of the woods.
