I have been on the weight loss roller coaster most of my life, starting in my teens trying to strive to be "skinny". At that time I was not even over weight, simply curvy. I always seem to be carrying between 10-20 extra pounds. I have joined weight watchers several times and have had sucess however, eventually sliding back into old habits. I get tired of watching everything I eat when others can eat whatever without gaining. I fallen off the wagon again and decided to give this a try. I already know all the things to do to be sucessful it is just a matter of doing them. One the biggest motivators is knowing others are "in the same boat". Wishing everyone the motivation & determination to be sucessful in reaching their goals.
