I'm back down the pound, back in the "orange". It's still frustrating to me how tough it is to get the weight off. I feel like I GAIN weight much quicker than I can lose it.
My friend Jen tagged me in a pic from our dinner on Monday night. I was OK with how I looked in it. Actually I was more concerned that my roots were too dark and I needed to dye my hair than I was about my weight.
I did OK with eating yesterday. I went over my points at dinner but my dinner consisted of spinach salad with grilled chicken, tomato, cucumber, 1/4 an avocado, a couple crunched up almonds, and fat free balsamic dressing. So at least I overate HEALTHY foods instead of junk.
I was so busy making food for my work lunch today that I forgot to pack my own lunch! I will turn this into a fasting day if there are no healthy options to choose.
I exercised last night. Feeling the burn today! Then Salem wanted me to do some weight work w/ him in the "gym" he put together in our basement. Lastly I just did my favorite Wii Yoga poses. I like Yoga because I'm already good at it haha. That's bad though, I need to challenge myself!
Gotta get through today and a 6 hour workday tomorrow (they are letting us go early) and then WEEKEND! I'm excited to see my brother and sis in law and how they've decorated their new place. Maybe I'll get some ideas out of it! :)
THREE THINGS I'M GRATEFUL FOR TODAY: 1) Continuing BEAUTIFUL WEATHER 2) Only one full workday left this week (today!!!) 3) Waking up in a good mood
UPDATE: There was no healthy food at the work lunch. I didn't eat anything. Now I'm starving! I'm on my 2nd Diet Dr. Pepper, which I know isn't healthy, but at least it's 0 points. :)
