I lost 3 and a half pounds yesterday! bizare! I had been for a 2 mile walk and a swim and felt like I needed to lie down but later felt great and went out to the cinema. I just had a fruit juice and eate a banana and yogurt on the way home. I HAVE LOST 7 POUNDS!!! Thanks for all the encoragement! I wont weigh myself every day now! I am going to celebrate with some freshly ground coffee!!
