Stayed steady! I am pleased to be back to normal eating! It was a 7 day plan but I did 6 and lost 5 pounds! It was my Mums birthday today so I eate homemade pizza and a small blueberry muffin! Whilst on the plan it was so bland I almost lost interest in food! THANKS FOR ALL THE COMMENTS!

Lost another pound and I am making this day the last day ( New York City plan)so I WILL SEE WHAT I WEIGH TOMORROW have eaten only eggs almonds chicken salmon veg washed down with green tea for six days. I AM GOING BACK TO FAT SMASH!! I JUST NEEDED A CHANGE Hope you are doing o.k!!

I have been up and down again but I have not weighed in I did actually go up alot and have lost 4 pounds in 3 days which I KNOW IS TOO FAST! I have decided to try David Kirsh New York City Plan ..for seven days 40 mins cardio 40 mins body conditioning and only protein veg water and green tea ..It is tough but I was not working so I decided to go for it.. it is a change and I will return to fat smash soon!

Lost!! A pound and a bit! Even though detox is finished and I HAVE GONE STAIGHT TO TEMPLE STAGE?? I am sure I was bunged up with all the beans I ate thanks for all your advice out there!

Detox finished! but shock horror! I only lost 1 1/4 pounds! Has this happened o anyone else? I cheated a tiny bit..I eate mainly beans and lentils fruit and veg so?? Last time I lost 7 pounds! Still I have got back to the fitness, WALKED TODAY FOR 2 HOURS AND A FIFTEEN MINUITE SWIM!Hope everyone else is good!
